It's easy just haromony of tea :)

Včera som sa ešte kúpal. vonku bolo cez 30 stupňov a dnes je sotva 15. Je zamračené, fúka a prší. Ako keby bol október. Vonku je doslova čiernobiely svet, tak som sa tomu prispôsobil. Ideálny čas na dobrý puerh. Pri poslednej návšteve mi Peťo Staník nechal 15g tohoto puerhu, veľmi som bol zvedavý čo je zač.

Yesterday I was taking a bath. The temperature outside was over 30 degrees and today it is barely 15. It is cloudy, raining and blowing. As if it was October. Outside there is literally black and white world, so I acclimatized. The ideal time for a good pu-erh. During the last visit Peter Staník let me taste 15 grams of this pu-erh and I was very curious what it is.

Už pri otvorení typicky nádherne zavoňal. Ako ja zbožňujem túto vôňu!

Immediately after opening it smelled typically great. How I adore this scent!

Po prvom opláchnutí má nádhernú sladkú vôňu pripomínajúcu horúci marhuľový džem ktorá sa po chvíľke zmení na jemne vegetálnu.

After the first rinse it has a wonderful sweet fragrance reminiscent of hot apricot jam which after a while turns slightly into vegetal. 

Na prípravu sme použili 100ml konvičku  De Qui. Je to jedna z našich najobľúbenejších. Je to jedna z našich prvých kanvičiek takže už ma čo to odčajované.

For preparation we used 100 ml pot De Qui. It is one of our favorites. It is one of our first pots so it was used very often for taking tea.

Chuť prvého nálevu je doslova lahodná. Jemná, ovocná, ktorá pomaličky prechádza do trošička vegetálnej a po prehltnutí sa dostaví svieža citrusová sladká dochuť.

The taste of the first steep is literally delicious. Delicate, fruity, which slowly passes into a bit vegetal and after swallowing there comes a fresh citrus sweet aftertaste. 

Druhý nálev už samozrejme ukáže svoju silu. Dostaví sa aj jemná horkosť, ale záleží samozrejme od dĺžky lúhovania a gramáže čaju, aká silná. Krásne sa zmieša so sladko citrusovou.

The second steep certainly shows its strength. There came a soft bitterness, but of course it depends on the length of steeping and weight of tea, how strong it is. It is beautifully mixed with sweet-citrous.

Farba nálevu je krásna, jantárovo žltá.

The coulor of steep is wonderful, amber-yellow.

Pri čajovaní mám rád kvety, alebo teda pekné aranžmá. Dnes som si ale zabudol moju obľúbenú vázičku tak som použil časť z vodnej fajky a urobil si provizórnu vázičku. A páči sa mi.

During taking tea I like flowers, or nice decorations. Today I have forgotten but my favorite vase so I used a part of the water pipe and made a temporary vase. And I like it.

Lao Banzhang 2013 spring gushu/QieDuan Lao Zhuni, Chen Tu Gen

Po dlhšej dobe som sa konečne dostal k super čajovaniu a hlavne foteniu. Ako keby to tak malo byť, pretože hneď ako som začal, tak mi slnko urobilo krásnu kulisu. Na tento čaj si treba urobiť čas. Minimálne hodinu, pretože stojí za to všetko nechať tak, vypnúť telefón, vypnúť počítač, odpojiť zvonček, treba si urobiť takú pohodičku. Preto som zvolil piecku, má to potom ten správny šmrnc a navyše mám veľmi rád keď počujem ako konvica krásne syčí tesne pred zovretím vody. 

After some time I finally got to perfect tea taking and especially to photo shooting. As if it should be like this, because immediately when I started, the sun made beautiful scenery. For this you need to make time. At least one hour, because it is worth to let everything be, turn off the phone, turn off the computer, disconnect the doorbell, you should make a comfort. Therefore I chose the oven, only then it has the right jazz and moreover I like very much to hear how beautifully the pot hisses just before the water boils.

Lao Banzhang 2013. Už keď som ovoňal koláč tak preskočila iskra. Hneď som vedel že to bude niečo extra. Tá surová silná prenikavá vôňa, neskutočne čerstvá, ovocná, pripomínajúca čerstvé marhule ma doslova ohromila. 

Lao Banzhang 2013. Immediately when I smelled the cake, I loved it. I knew it would be something extra. The raw strong penetrating odor, extremely fresh, fruity, reminding fresh apricots, stunned me literally.

 

 Pri tomto čaji som tak rozmýšľal aké mám vlastne šťastie že poznám Peťa pretože by som tento čaj nielenže neobjavil ale ani sa k nemu asi nedostal, lebo tá cena je naozaj vražedná. Ale hold, za kvalitu sa platí, s tým sa treba zmieriť. A po dnešnom dni ako som dopíjal posledný dúšok, som si vzdychol, no budem musieť šetriť, chcem ho!

Taking this tea I was thinking how lucky I am when I know Peter, because otherwise I would not discover this tea but also I would not get to it, because the price is really deadly. But you know, you need to pay for quality, and resign to it. And after today as I was finishing the last sip, I sighed, I need to save, I want it!

 Na prípravu som použil čisto ručne robenú QieDuan z Lao Zhuni ktorú vyrobil Chen Tu Gen. Je jedna z naj konvičiek aké sa tu dajú zohnať. Táto konvička bola vyrobená z prvotriedneho, prírodného materiálu. Neboli použité dodatočné farbivá alebo iné chemikálie.

For preparation I used real handmade QieDuan of Lao Chen Zhun made by Tu Gen. It is one of the best pots what you can get here. This pot was made of excellent, natural material. There were not used any additional dyes or other chemicals.

Používam ju vyslovene len na naozaj kvalitné shengy. Dodá čaju takú výraznú chuť až sa tomu nechce veriť. Ukáže pri čajovaní všetky stránky , tie dobre aj tie zlé.

I use it strictly only for really high quality Shengs. It delivers such a distinct flavor of tea as it is hard to believe. It shows in tea taking all its qualities, those well and bad.

Lao Banzhang ma veľmi veľmi výraznú surovú chuť. Človek ju cíti každým kúskom tela. Neviem sa ho nabažiť. Tá sladká chuť, ktorá sa strieda s horkosťou a intenzívnou marhuľovou dochuťou je neskutočná. Treba ho však vedieť aj pripraviť, pretože sa veľmi ľahko môže stať že z toho urobíte nepiteľnú horkú horúcu vodu. Ja som použil 5g na 150ml. Prvý nálev 30-45 sec. Druhý cca 10 sec. Tretí 30 sec. Štvrtý 45. Piaty 50. Šiesty 1 min. Siedmy 1:20. Atď. Dostal som sa po 12 nálevov.

Lao Banzhang has a very very strong raw taste. You can feel it with every piece of your body. I cannot get enough of it. The sweet flavor that changes with bitterness and intense apricot aftertaste is unreal. However, it needs to know how to prepare it because it can happen very easily that you will make non-drinking bitter hot water. I used 5 grams per 150 milliliters. The first tea was 30-45 sec. The second, about 10 sec. The third 30 sec. The fourth 45. The Fifth 50. The sixth 1 min. The seventh 1:20. Etc. I got 12 steepings.
