Po hektických dňoch, plných práce a tepla som sa konečne dostal k čajom. Priznám sa že som dlho nečajoval, aj keď mám doma novinky na ktoré sa moc teším. Mal som vôbec problém v tom teple vypiť vodu a premiestniť sa z miesta na miesto v rámci domu. Nehovoriac o tom že celý deň sedieť za kompom a spracovávať tony materiálu v podobe fotiek a videí s teplotou 37 stupňov na krku a infarktom za dverami, to človek nemá moc chuť ešte na niečo horúce. Sem tam sa mi podarilo došmodrchať k bazénu a voľným pádom pristáť na hladine a následne klesnúť až na dno. Ako som si tak hovel na tom dne, dumal som aké by to bolo super mať žiabre a celý deň sa chladiť. Vyliezol by som až by bolo slnko preč a bolo by bezpečné prejsť bosý 5 metrov bez toho aby som si spálil nohy.
After some hectic days full of work and heat, I finally got to teas. I admit that I have not been taking teas longer time, although I have at home some news that I have been looking forward to. I had a problem to drink even water in that warm and also it was difficult to move from one place to another within my house. Not to mention that the whole day sitting at the computer and processing tons of material in the form of photos and videos at 37 degrees on the neck and heart attack at the door, you would not want anything hot. Here and there I have managed to creep to the pool and to land on the surface by the free fall and then fall to the bottom of the pool. As I was sitting on the bottom, I was thinking about the fact how great it would be to have gills and to cool the whole day. I would climb out after the sun was gone and it would be safe to go barefoot five meters without burning my feet.

Našťastie boli vypočuté prosby skolabovaných ľudí a zo dňa na deň sa ochladilo. Netreba dlho váhať a tak som si hneď pripravil jeden z nových čajov, lebo zajtra môže byť neskoro a zasa budem na dne bazénu. Ide konkrétne o Guang Dong Wu Dong Da Wu Ye Dan Cong AAA 2013 oolong. Ako som sa tak tešil že mi nieje teplo, tak som sa pre istotu obaril horúcou vodou, asi aby mi nebolo ľúto a aby som nevyšiel z cviku a nezabudol na horúce dni.
Fortunately the prayers of collapsed people have been heard and from day to day
it has got cool. There was no need to hesitate a long time and so I just
prepared one of the new teas, because tomorrow it might be too late and I would
be again on the bottom of the pool. Now I am talking specifically about Guang
Dong Wu Dong Da Wu Ye Dan Cong AAA 2013 oolong tea. As I was so enjoying the
cooler temperatures, I scalded with the boiling water – maybe not to be sorry for
the heat and not to forget the hot days.
Vôňa tohoto čaju excelentná. Veľmi ľahká, kvetovo medová. Mám rád ten pocit keď sa mi pri vôni zbiehajú slinky.
The fragrance of the tea was excellent. Very light, floral honeyed. I love the
feeling when I feel the tea and it brings water to my mouth.
Prípravu som zvolil klasickú oolongovskú. Listy sú krásne, veľké a nepolámané.
Chuť je veľmi bohatá. Bohatšia ako Bill Gates. Je jemne sladkastá, kvetová, krásne je cítiť med.
V treťom a štvrtom náleve sa mi objavila jemne muskatelová chuť. Dochuť je veľmi svieža a mení sa do medovej.
The preparation, I chose for a classic oolong-ish. The leaves are
beautiful, large and not broken.
The taste is very rich. Richer than Bill Gates. It is finely sweetish, floral,
you can feel honey beautifully.
In the third and fourth steeping I could feel finely muskatel taste. The
aftertaste is very fresh and changes into honey.
Veľmi rád navštevujem nomad.sk pretože tam vždy nájdem niečo špecifické. Ako napríklad tento oolong. Ešte sa mi tam nestalo že by som natrafil na niečo horšie, nieto ešte zlé. Navyše sa tam človek dočíta veľmi veľa informácii. A cestovateľské články sú čerešničkou na torte. Nomad je jeden z tých mála naozaj skvelých obchodov čo na Slovensku máme.
I love visiting nomad.sk a lot because there I can find something
specific all the time, for example this oolong. It has not happened to me yet
that I would come across on something worse, not even bad. Moreover you can
read there a lot of information. And the travelling articles are the cherry on
the top of a cake. Nomad is one of those few really excellent shops that we
have in Slovakia.
