BaDa 2008.

Dnes som sa rozhodol že si počajujem pri nočnej panoráme New Yorku. Je to jedno z miest ktoré sa chystám navštíviť. Neviem síce kedy si z toho veľkého jablka odkusnem aj ja, ale snáď to bude čoskoro.

Today I have decided to take tea looking at the night panorama of New York City. It's one of the cities that I am going to visit. I do not know, when I manage to bite that Big Apple but hopefully it will be soon.

Na obrázku je aj môj miničajový stolík, ktorý som si vyrobil. Na zimu máme naukladané drevo do krbu, a medzi nimi mi padol do oka tento kúsok. Hneď mi napadlo, ako ho využiť. Abraka dabraka ( rozumej pár hodín práce, zasa tak jednoducho to nejde) a mini čajový stolík je na svete.

In the picture you can see also my mini-tea table that I have produced. For winter we have stacked wood for the fireplace, and among them one piece stabbed me. In that moment it came to my mind how to use it. Abracadabra (which means a couple of hours of work, it is not so easy) and the mini-tea table is born.

Na čajovanie som použil yixingovu konvičku od Peťa, ktorú mám ešte z fotenia. Ani sa mi ju mu nechce vracať, pretože takýto parádny kúsok  sa len tak nevidí.

To take tea, I used the yixingovu pot from Peter, which I still have from the photo shooting. I do not want to give it to him back, because such a fantastic piece, is hard to see.

Poďme k čaju. Bada 2008 je lisovaná do 200g koláčov, jarný materiál, skladovaných skoro 5 rokov v Yunnane, Jinghong-u.

Let's go to the tea. Bada 2008 is pressed into 200 g cakes, spring material, stored almost 5 years in Yunnane, Jinghong.

Páči sa mi že koláč nieje lisovaný na silno a keď sa z neho ukrajuje, ide to veľmi ľahko a listy sa krásne odlupujú a netreba sa s tým trápiť.

I like that the cake is not pressed so tight and when you cut it, it is very easy when you unstick the leaves. There is no need to writhe with it.

 

Vôňa je veľmi svieža. Chuť je  vyrovnaná, nič neruší. Jemnučká horkosť podtrhuje výbornú, nasládlu chuť so stopami vanilky. Dochuť je tak isto nasladlá so stopami ovocia a jemnučkou horkosťou, ktorá sa ale veľmi rýchlo vytratí a zostane v ústach sladkastý podtón.

The scent is very fresh. The taste is balanced, there is nothing to disturb. Very soft bitterness emphasizes the excellent, sweet flavor with vanilla sapor. The aftertaste is also sweet with the flavor of fruit and soft bitterness, which  fades away very quickly and remains the sweet undertone in the mouth.

 Podčiarknuté a spočítané,  Bada 2008 je zasa raz jeden z veľmi dobrých čajov. Cena 40eur za 200g si myslím rozhodne stojí za to.

 Underlined and numbered, Bada 2008 is again one of the great teas. The price 40 euro per 200g, I think, is definitely worth it.

Listy sú zväčša pekné, celé aj so stonkami.

The leaves are mostly nice, whole with stems.
