Dnes
máme fotiek troška viac. Konečne bolo krásne slnečno, relatívne teplo
a navyše som mal fotiaci deficit.. Tak som sa zabudol a cvakal a cvakal
až som nacvakal asi 200 fotiek. Ale pridám len pár, nebojte sa. Na
pretras prišiel Bangpen 2008. Čajoval som sám, bolo mi síce otupno ale aspoň som si vychutnal skvelý čaj a pekne som si vyhrieval kosti na slniečku.

a beautiful sunny day, relatively warm, and moreover I had a deficit of
taking pictures. So I forgot about everything and was snapping and snapping
until I snapped about 200 photos. But I am adding only a few of
them, don't worry. Firstly I started with Bangpen 2008. I was taking
tea alone, I was feeling lonely but at least I enjoyed a great tea and was
sunning my bones.
Už som to síce vravel 100 krát ale poviem to ešte raz. Milujem čajovania na čerstvom vzduchu.

love taking tea in the fresh air.
Priznám sa, keď som tento čaj pil prvý krát, tak ma vôbec neoslovil. Ale časom.. Niečo mi zobudilo moje zmysly, možno to bolo tým že som použil inú konvičku a troška odlišný spôsob prípravy.
I admit, when I was drinking this tea for the first time, I did not
enjoy it at all. But as time was going
by... Something woke my senses; perhaps it was the fact that I used a different
pot and a little bit a different way of preparation.
Každopádne, som rád že som sa ho nevzdal. Má v sebe veľký potenciál na objavovanie. Na prípravu som použil moju najobľúbenejšiu konvičku od P. Nováka. Používam ju výlučne iba na sheng puerhy.
Anyway, I'm glad that I have not resigned. It has a great potential for
exploring. To prepare, I used my favorite pot from Mr. Novak. I use it
exclusively only for sheng puerhs.
Je to naozaj precízna skvelá práca, dokonalá v každom detaile. Je zvláštne aký nový smer naberie chvíľka pri čaji, keď máte v rukách niečo takto pekné.

Pri čajovaní a fotení všeobecne ma fascinujú detaily. Je neuveriteľné koľko ich človek nájde, keď sa na chvíľku zastaví a spozornie. Veď svet sa skladá z detailov.
At taking tea and taking pics
generally I am fascinated by the details. It is incredible how many of them you
can find, when you stop for a moment and sit up. After all, the world
is made up of details.
Vôňa je veľmi pestrá. Pripomína mi rozkvitnuté jarné stromy, je veľmi intenzívna, dokonca je v pozadí cítiť jahody, keď si pozorne privoniate.
The scent is very various. It
reminds me of the spring trees in bloom, very intense smell, even in the background
you can feel strawberries when you smell it.
Listy sú pekné aj so stonkami. Koláč je lisovaný jemne, krásne sa z neho dá odkrojiť
The leaves are nice even with
the stems. The cake is pressed gently, you can cut it beautifully.
Posledná kvapka býva najsladšia.
The last drop
is usually the sweetest.
Farba nálevu je iskrivo žltá. Je neuveriteľné ako voní. Ťažko sa mi to opisuje, pretože mám pocit že tam cítim asi tisíc vôní. Prvý nálev bol 15 sec. Použil som 5g na 110 ml konvičku. Postupne ako pribúdali nálevy pribúdal aj čas lúhovania.
The color of the steeping is sparkly
yellow. It is incredible how it smells.
It is difficult to describe it, because I feel there about a thousand
fragrances. The first steeping was 15 sec. I used 5 g to 110 ml pot. Gradually
as the steepings were increasing, also the time was pulling.
Musím povedať že mu troška trvá kým sa prebudí a ukáže čo je v ňom. Aj po oplachovacom náleve a dalších troch to stále nieje ono. V týchto nálevoch sa snúbi trochu zvláštna chuť, pri prvom je to ako keby som pil jemnú teplú vodu kým pri daľších prechádza do horkosti. Zlom a všetko to podstatné začína pri piatom náleve. Zrazu je to úplne iný čaj. Úplne ožije. Mám taký pocit že je ako ja, aj mne totiž vždy trvá troška dlhšie kým sa rozhýbem. Nevravím však že prvé 4 máte vyliať lebo sú zlé, vám možno budú chutiť viac ako niekomu inému.
I need to
say that it takes a little bit more until it wakes up and proves what is
in it. Even after the rinsing steeping and the other three steepings, it is not
still what it should be. In these steepings there is a bit strange taste, at
the first one; it is as if I drank a fine hot water while the others pass into
bitterness. The break and it all other start at the fifth steeping. Suddenly it's
a completely different tea. It comes back to life. I have such a feeling that
it is like me, in fact I feel that it always takes me longer until I move
my body a little. However, I'm not going to say, that the first 4 steepings you
should pour off because they are not tasty, you may like them more than someone
else.
Chuť je zrazu vyvážená, všetko do seba zapadne ako puzzle. V dochuti je cítiť ovocie, pripomína mi marhuľu, ktorá sa zmení pomaličky na jahodu a zostane na jazyku. Odporučil by som čaj nechať mierne vychladnúť, nepiť ho hneď, oplatí sa chvíľku vyčkať otvorí vám nové dvere, a nájdete tam niečo nové. Pri tomto čaji treba spomaliť, venovať sa mu, pohrať sa s ním. Veľkoryso sa vám odmení.
The taste is balanced;
everything suddenly fits into each other like a puzzle. In the aftertaste there
is a feel of fruit, it reminds me taste of peach, which turns slightly into a strawberry
and remains on your tongue. I would recommend the tea to let cool slightly, not
to drink it right away, it is good to take a moment a bit when it opens new door and you will find there
something new. At this tea you need to slow down, give to it, play with it. You
will be rewarded generously.
